First, he did a good job in defining the project and itemizing out the costs
in the agreement documents to make sure everyone had the same expectations
and we had a baseline to manage the project. Second, he proactively communicated
with us regarding their work schedules, phases of the project, and working
through the few changes orders we had. Third, he diligently cleaned the
construction area daily and put down/up protection of other areas during
the project. This helped significantly to keep the remainder of our home
